1 Bag Ore-Ida® Southern Style Hash Browns
1 Tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/4 Teaspoons Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 1/4 Teaspoons Cumin
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Coarse
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup Green Chiles Mild Canned
1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Red Pepper, chopped
Directions
Preheat 12-inch skillet on Medium.
Mix together all ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add mixture to pre-heated skillet, cook uncovered, stirring frequently for 12-14 minutes.
