Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Ore-Ida® Southern Style Hash Browns
  • 1 Tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Coarse
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Green Chiles Mild Canned
  • 1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Pepper, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat 12-inch skillet on Medium.
  2. Mix together all ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Add mixture to pre-heated skillet, cook uncovered, stirring frequently for 12-14 minutes.
