  • 32 ounces Ore-Ida® Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine or Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped


  1. Saute' onion and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, and saute' until liquid has evaporated. Add wine, and cook until liquid has evaporated. Remove from skillet, and set aside.
  2. Wipe skillet clean. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat, add hash browns, and cook, stirring often, until browned. Stir in onion mixture, salt, pepper, and parsley.
