This spice mixture is excellent on grilled steaks, pork chops and even your favorite roasts. Make extra dry rub to have in the cupboard for when the urge to grill hits you.

Ingredients
1 Bag Ore-Ida® Grillers
1 Tablespoon Lea & Perrins The Original Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Dried Rosemary Crushed
4 Beef Tenderloin Steaks
Directions
Prepare Ore-Ida® Grillers according to the directions on the bag.
In a small bowl, mix together Worcestershire Sauce, sugar, garlic powder, pepper and rosemary. Using fingers, rub spice mixture evenly onto steaks.
Before preheating grill, spray rack with nonstick spray to prevent sticking. Grill or broil steaks over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve with Ore-Ida® Grillers.
Tip
For stovetop method, use large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 8 to 10 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
