  • 1/2 package Ore-Ida® Tater Tots®
  • 1/2 cup Ore-Ida® Chopped Onions
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Lean
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup Condensed


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat 11x7 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown Onions and beef for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Discard any excess fat if needed. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly. Spoon soup evenly over beef mixture. Arrange Tater Tots on top in a single layer.
  3. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, or until Tater Tots® are golden brown and beef mixture is bubbly.


  • If desired, substitute 1/2 cup of frozen Ore-Ida Chopped Onions with 1/2 cup of fresh chopped onions. Cook as directed above.

    If desired, substitute condensed cream of celery soup with condensed cream of mushroom soup.
