  • 2 Ore-Ida® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 tablespoon Ore-Ida® Chopped Onions
  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Snipped
  • 6 tablespoons Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • Butter


  1. With electric mixer, mix cream cheese, flour, salt, paprika, parsley, and shredded cheese. Add milk and onion; mix until smooth. Gently fold in well-beaten egg and separated Shredded Hash Browns.
  2. Lightly grease medium skillet; place over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter onto hot skillet for each pancake. Spread batter to make thin pancakes about 3 inches in diameter. Fry pancake until golden and crisp; brown other side, adding more oil as needed, drain on paper towels. Serve hot. 

    Yield: 10 3-inch pancakes
