4 Servings

  • 16 Ore-ida® Onion Rings
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Boneless Beef Sirloin

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread evenly over both sides of steak. Cover and leave at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook Onion Rings according to package instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, grill steak for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness. Transfer steak to cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Cut into thick slices and divide between 4 plates. Serve hot with Onion Rings.

  • If desired, substitute boneless beef sirloin steaks with boneless beef strip steaks.

To check for doneness, insert an instant read thermometer near the center of the steak. Remove from heat when the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F for medium rare doneness. The internal temperature will continue to rise a little while resting. Remove from heat when the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F for medium doneness.
