  • 1/2 cup Ore-Ida® Chopped Onions
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey


  1. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chops; cook 5 minutes. 
  2. Turn chops over; reduce heat to medium-low. Continue cooking 6 minutes or until chops are no longer pink in center. Transfer to serving platter; cover with aluminum foil. Add bell pepper strips and onions to skillet; cook over medium-high heat until tender, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add vinegar and honey to skillet; stir with a wooden spoon until reduced to a glaze, about 1 minute. Spoon vegetables and glaze over chops.
