Apple Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 Bag Ore Ida Steam n' Mash Cut Sweet Potatoes
• 2 TART APPLES large, peeled and diced
• 1/2 Cup(s) 7-Up soda
• 1/4 Tablespoon(s) LIGHT BROWN SUGAR firmly packed
• 2 Tablespoon(s) BUTTER cut into small pieces

Instructions

Add half of the frozen Steam n' Mash Cut Sweet Potatoes to a microwave safe casserole dish. Layer with the diced apples and follow with the remainder of the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle brown sugar and butter over the sweet potato/apple mixture and top with 7-Up. Cover and microwave on high for 16 minutes, stirring once after 8 minutes.
