  • Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 Cup(s) Ore Ida Roasted Original
  • 1 Pound(s) TENDERLOIN boneless pork
  • 1 Cup(s) CARROTS peeled and sliced

Instructions

Heat the grill to medium-high heat (450°F- 500°F).
Line a 13” X 9” aluminum foil pan with crumpled quick-release foil.
Place pork tenderloin in pan, place on grill. Follow cooking instructions for the pork tenderloin.
About 25 minutes before the pork is finished cooking add the frozen product and carrots beside the roast in the pan. Continue cooking for the remaining 25 minutes, stirring the potatoes and carrots about every 10 minutes until potatoes are crisp and carrots are tender. Cook the tenderloin until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F.

If grill temperature drops below 450° F, increase cooking time. Increasing burner setting may cause burning.

TIP: Every grill is different. Evaluate the results on your grill and adjust accordingly.
