Ingredients
- 1 Package Ore Ida Steam n' Mash Cut Russet Potatoes
- 3 Tablespoon(s) JACK DANIEL'S HONEY SMOKEHOUSE
- 1 Cup(s) MONTEREY JACK CHEESE shredded
- 1 Cup(s) ONION diced
- 1/3 Pound(s) BACON
- 2 Tablespoon(s) BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 Cup(s) GREEN ONIONS diced
- 2/3 Cup(s) MILK
- 2 Tablespoon(s) BUTTER
Instructions
Prepare Ore-Ida® Steam n' Mash Cut Russet Potatoes in the microwave, as directed on package. While the potatoes are cooking, cut bacon into small strips, dice onion, chop green onions and shred Monterrey Jack cheese. Fry bacon in a frying pan over med-high heat, set aside. Add onions and brown sugar to pan and cook until golden brown. Pour bag of cooked potatoes in large mixing bowl, mash lightly. Add milk, butter, BBQ Sauce and Monterrey Jack Cheese, mash until desired smoothness. Gently stir in onions and bacon bits. Top with green onions.
