2 Tbsp. butter
2 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes O’Brien
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 green onions, sliced
4 flour tortillas(8 inch)
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add potatoes; spread to form even layer on bottom of skillet. Cook 6 min., stirring frequently. Sprinkle with chili powder; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
Whisk eggs, salsa and onions until blended. Add to ingredients in skillet; cook 3 to 4 min. or until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
Spoon about 2/3 cup potato mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up tightly.
