They love chicken enchiladas. They love Totchos. So the odds of them loving these saucy, spicy chicken-and-veggie-topped ORE-IDA TATER TOTS are excellent.
1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
2 tsp. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tomato, seeded, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Southwestern Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
Meanwhile, mix taco seasoning and tomato sauce until blended. Combine fresh vegetables in medium bowl. Add 1 Tbsp. taco sauce mixture; mix lightly.
Spread TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter. Top with cheese; bake 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
Place chicken strips in single layer on microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. or until heated through; chop.
Top TATER TOTS with vegetable mixture and chicken; drizzle with remaining sauce.
