Make a carnivore happy with this Meat Lover's Pizza TATER TOTS Nachos recipe. The TATER TOTS nachos are topped with pepperoni, ham, sausage & pizza sauce.
1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 lb. Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled
24 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni, cut in half
2 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 jar (14 oz.) CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 min., stirring frequently. Add meat; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Mix pizza sauce and sour cream in medium microwaveable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.
Spread TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter; top with pizza sauce mixture, 1 cup cheese and meat mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
