1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
1 pkg. (17 oz.) fully cooked beef pot roast in gravy
1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy
1/2 cup refrigerated French onion dip
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup french-fried onions
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
Meanwhile, microwave pot roast as directed on package; cool slightly. Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks; place in medium saucepan. Add beef gravy and onion dip; mix well. Cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Keep warm.
Cook mushrooms in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 to 4 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add meat, peas and carrots; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Spoon TATER TOTS onto platter; drizzle with gravy mixture. Top with meat and French fried onions.
