1/2 lb. baby carrots (about 1-1/2 cups)
2 Tbsp. water
1 lb. ground chicken
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Cheddar Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, divided
2 cups (1/2 of 28-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA Extra Crispy TATER TOTS
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Place carrots in microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 3 min., stirring after 2 min.; drain.
Mix chicken, broccoli, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, cheese and 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) dressing just until blended; shape into 4 mini meatloaves. Place on 1/3 of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Place TATER TOTS on center third of baking sheet. Toss carrots with remaining dressing; spread onto baking sheet next to TATER TOTS.
Bake 30 min. or until meatloaves are done (160°F) and carrots are tender.
